In this early version, settings and game progress are stored in this browser. Clearing browser data may remove that progress.

What we do not collect

You do not need an account to play. We do not upload each tap, infer health status, or sell personal game activity.

Product analytics

ArcPuzzle sends a small event when a visit starts, a game starts, or a game ends. A completed-game summary contains the game, difficulty, duration, completion status, hints, mistakes, and content version. Family tools send only major journey steps such as upload completed, game created, invitation opened, game completed, or photo deleted.

Game duration is elapsed time, including time away from the page, capped at 24 hours. It does not measure active playing time.

These events use random browser and visit identifiers so we can measure return visits and whether a flow works. The analytics record does not include a name, email address, photo, invitation code, medical information, or each individual click.

We also record the public page where a visit began, a broad source such as search or a referral, and a small set of named campaigns. We do not retain search queries, full referring URLs, arbitrary campaign text, or private URL parameters. Private pages are grouped under a generic label.

First-party events also include a broad window-size category (small, medium, or large) and whether the visit is marked as internal testing. They do not include exact window dimensions or a device model.

Optional Google Analytics

On public pages, you can choose whether ArcPuzzle loads Google Analytics 4. If you allow it, Google receives the public page path and title, browser and device information, and an online identifier used to count visits. ArcPuzzle disables Google advertising signals and does not send family photos, account details, invitation codes, private page paths, or URL query parameters to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics stays off until you allow it. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days and can be changed at any time with the Analytics preferences button.

Family photos

A signed-in caregiver can upload up to 12 family photos. The browser first resizes and re-encodes each photo without EXIF metadata. Cleaned source and game-size copies are kept in private storage and are available only to authorized caregivers or a player with a current invitation session.

Player invitations expire after seven days. Deleting a photo removes its cleaned source, thumbnail, and game copy and makes unfinished games that used it unavailable. Family photos are not sent to external AI unless you separately choose that.

ArcPuzzle does not collect diagnoses or fields such as an Alzheimer’s disease stage.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include in the message so we can read and respond to your request. Do not include passwords, payment card details, medical information, or private family photos.
