- Choose an empty square and then choose a number.
- Use every number once in each row, column, and outlined box.
- Complete the grid, using notes, undo, or a hint whenever helpful.

- Arrow keys move between cells, and number keys enter a value.
- An incorrect number stays editable and never costs a life.
Helpful strategy
- Start with a row, column, or box that already contains the most printed numbers.
- For each empty square, compare the numbers already used in its row, column, and outlined box.
- Use candidate notes when two or more numbers could fit, then remove notes as nearby squares are solved.
- If a number can appear in only one square within a row, column, or box, that square is ready even when it has several empty neighbors.
