How to play

A simple guide to Picnic Sort

Sort eighteen items on three picnic conveyor belts.

Rules for this version

  1. Let apples, pears and bread ride all the way to the picnic.
  2. Tap leaves, buttons and yarn to remove them. Tidy 1, 2 or 3 removes the front item in that lane.
  3. In Step-by-step, Move belts advances the conveyor. In Flow it moves automatically. The round ends after eighteen items, showing how many were sorted correctly.

Comfort and accessibility

  • Step-by-step is the default: nothing moves until you act. Flow is optional and can be paused.
  • Large labeled controls work with touch and keyboard. P or Escape pauses.
  • Leaving the tab pauses the round. Progress is stored on this device and restores waiting for you.
